Pricing

All our products are priced in US Dollars (USD). You can use the online currency calculator to find out the price in your currency.

Shipping

We offer free shipping across the globe. We try to ship in stock orders within 1 - 2 working days. Bulk order production terms are negotiable individually via partnership@thetinkertown.com.

Most of the deliveries usually take 10 to 15 working days to the major cities around the world. Some exceptions might take up to 20 working days.

Customs 

Please be aware that we are at the mercy of our shipping partners and the Customs in different countries, as a result, there can be unforeseen delays in customs or with the delivery. 

If Customs charges (e.g. duties or taxes) occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. 

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy covers 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, refunds and exchanges are not available. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your product arrives damaged, we require photographs within 48 hours upon good received in order to disclose damages to the shipping companies we work with.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Following this, contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@thetinkertown.com

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@thetinkertown.com and we will provide you with our mailing address.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
